There are different schools of thought as to whether the term distant or absent energy healing should be used. It should be realised that the only absence is the physical presence of both the client and Therapist. The healing energy is the same therefore it may be better understood if the term distant energy healing is used.

Many people seem to regard this form of energy healing as being second best. However, it must be emphasised that distant energy healing can be just as effective as contact energy healing. This has been demonstrated time and again, when no phsical contact has been made, people who were very ill have reported marked improvement and benefit from distant energy healing.
